We can get your mail, collect your packages, water indoor plants or the entire outdoor garden areas. We can sit your home with or without your pets. We can stay over night keeping your home safe and your pets company, giving you peace of mind while away. We can clean and grocery shop so upon returning fresh from your trip, your home is also fresh and ready to welcome you home.
Our house sitting service is between $75-$100 per day.
Airbnb & Vacation Rental By Owner
Your vacation rental is as important to us as it is to you! Owning an Airbnb herself, Pam fully understands the necessity of maintaining the highest cleaning standards for your guests each and every time the home is visited.

Moving Services
Make your next move the most stress free you’ve ever experienced by allowing us to be of service to you! Prepping for sale or rent? Packing up, or unpacking and putting away? How can our hard working students assist you?
Any instructions you provide will be followed precisely but should you not have a detailed “to do” list for us to follow, we do! We can provide ours for you to hone to your exact specifications or simply use our own. We can provide move in cleaning, move out cleaning staging assistance, packing or unpacking service, utility hook up arrangements, and more. We can make the arrangements for movers, moving vans, window washing, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and hardwood flooring refreshing/ refinishing.

Care for Vacant Homes or Homes on the Market
Up keeping a home on the market is a vital but time-consuming part of the selling process. For both a home on the market or simply left for an extended amount of time, you can count on us to tend to it’s care. We can maintain your homes’ cleanliness, water plants, oversee lawn and garden maintenance, and handle unforeseen required repairs. Care for Vacant Homes is based on level of service and amount of time services are needed.

Utilities Setup & Technician Watch
Moving? We’ll contact and arrange hook up for electric, cable, gas, internet, telephone, trash, and water/sewer services. Or if you simply need somebody at your home to watch for a service person to arrive, we do that too! Let us get this important chore off of your moving “to do” list for you!
Utilities Set Up service is $40.00 per hour.
Collect Home Improvement Estimates
Home improvements mean homework! Pam has acted as her own general contractor for two home remodels, building a shop from the ground up, and numerous home repairs. What we do is obtain estimates from three reliable service providers, check all the references, and prepare a report for the homeowner. We do our best to find the local contractor that will be the best for you and your project. We want to make your home improvements as painless and stress free as possible. Let us help.
